I honestly hadn't checked. Things are still insane here from our construction guys. In fact I am about halfway through washing each and every plant on the back porch as they were supposed to cover stuff up and they didn't. Everything, flowers included, has a fine white grit all over them...including the Encyclia I was going to take to the orchid society meeting this Thursday. The other day it was plants in full sun that they moved, in spite of me having told them many times to never move my plants. I miss being online, but if I don't watch these jokers my plants are going to be ruined.

Connie, I know exactly what you mean. I have had to deal with construction workers on my property and they think of any plants as rubbish. I lost several orchids because I could not wash all the white lime and dust that had gone into the crowns and between the leaves. Good luck with yours.
Back to your beautiful Aerides, the colours are outstanding, brings ice-cream to my mind.

That is pretty, I'm slowly getting into the pink, in orchids only though, I'd break out in hives if I had to wear or be in anything pink, yes I dislike the colour that much.
