I've had my asconopsis for about four months and nothing has happened. While I've had it it hasn't gotten any new roots or leaves, but it doesn't look unhealthy either. How should I care for my asconopsis to make it happy?

You need to provide us some more details for us to be able to help you better. What are the growing conditions? How much light does it get, what is it planted in, how often you water, feed etc? Also perhaps try and upload a photo so we can figure it out.
Is yours also an Asconopsis Irene Dobkin? I grow mine in charcoal chunks (actually it's still in its original pot and medium). Irene Dobkin is notoriously difficult to grow. I grow mine uner 70 percent shade and grow it together with my cattleyas and vandas in the same shade house . Please check my 2 previous threads listed below.
