    Default Vasco. Viboon Velvet finally bloomed on the 4th try.

    Vasco. Viboon Velvet 'Perfection' tried to bloom three other times this year and the buds always turned yellow and never opened. Finally on the 4th try most of the buds opened.

    Those are gorgeous! Mine has been in bloom for almost a month. Gotta love those touches of purple on the edges...very nice!

    Why orchids all of a sudden 'fold up shop' when in bud/near bloom and abort the mission I really don't know. It's as if they change their minds and there will be a more opportune time later. The final result here makes up for lost time. I love this display. This is on the wish list. AL
