NOID Phal (Phil the Phal)

Pretty yellow phal I picked up from a big box store. This is my first orchid, and I've named him Phil. Came with no label, but seems a close match to 'Yellow Beauty'. I suppose NOID orchids are a bit like mixbreed dogs, hard to tell what exactly is in there, but lots of fun to guess! Phil needs repotting soon, there is mold and mites in the pot.
