Looks identical to the form/shape of quinquenervis, only albino! So is this your plant? It is fantastic. How about a shot of the foliage/entire plant?

They look like birds in flight and because it is white, the shape seems to be even more important to the senses....

question.... if there was only one plant ever found... hmm, different question... r u going to self this plant so there will be more?

This plant was given to me by a friend from the Trinidad Orchid Society. This orchid amazes me because it is always in bloom throughout the year.

The original species that was found over a decade ago, was divided and distributed amount different growers. To my knowledge no one has ever been successful in cloning the plant.

i would still class it as maculata and as such a seperate species even though taxonomists would agree with u....why u ask? because side by side quinquenervis scent is different to maculata scent of the blooms.........if i were to say i have a compot of the selfing would anyone believe me?? i too am in the Trinidad Orchid Society and work with a hybridiser where i have learned to flask etc...he had a division of the plant and selfed and sib crossed etc....
