    OOOOOhhhhh!!!! Shiny!!!! I love how it glistens! Great job capturing that on camera! Is this a compact grower or a larger variety? It's absolutely GORGEOUS! I love, love, love the stripes on the sepals. SO COOL!!!

    The orchid is a compact grower. Allow me to share two photos with you. These relate to my story of "Sammy's Orchid". The first is Sammy's Orchid. I think, this grocery store orchid puts on a pretty good show in honor of Sammy. The second is Sammy. As we like to say in Georgia, he was a "Damn good dog!"

    A beautiful orchid, and a gorgeous pup!! I would have been so tempted to put bows in Sammy's hair...of course, Sammy would have probably hated that...being a boy and all... I love the picture though...you captured him beautifully! Thanks for sharing this lovely tribute to Sammy!!
