Hi everyone! So for a while, I've noticed that this phal has had these mysterious clear drops on the crown and the underside of its leaves. I have touched them before, they were not sticky, but hard. When I used a cotton swab with tissues, the gel beads came off, but looked like clear paste on the cotton swab.
The phal has a history of spider mites, but I thought I got rid of them when I repotted it back in January. This is the only phal that has not rebloomed yet, despite being in the same conditions as my others (NYC windowsill, Northern exposure, bark + coco medium mix, 6-30-30 fertilizer).
I am wondering if these mysterious beads should; 1) be of a concern; 2) a possible cause for the rebloom not happening; 3) if it's a concern, what I should do for treatment
