I have this plant already for two years and this is the second bloom. This year much biger and the spike much longer, almost 50 cm.
It's native to Sulawesi and some time confuse to Aerides leana, which is native to Philippinies.

What a great species. And really Aerides flowers but they look like they're miniature.
