The colors on this one came out darker than it does at other times of the year. I have noticed (as have other folks, I know) that light intensity and temperature during bud development can impact the coloration of some blooms. In this case, the flowers are a bit more orangy than usual and you may be able to see a reddish tint near the ends of the petals and sepals. At other times of the year (this one usually blooms 2-3X per year), the flowers are a cleaner yellow.
This one is one of the few exceptions to my self imposed "stick to minis" rule. While not the size of a standard catt, it definitely is not by any stretch a mini or even what I would consider a true compact catt. It would fit more as a small to medium sized grower.
