I had posted a picture of this plant sometime last year where it was on the verge of dying when a friend brought it to me for me to help her with it, here I have a new plant and a possible young one on the horizon and also a flower spike,

Maggs, leaves looks a bit dehydrated. what is the medium used ?. medium looks too dry to me but happy that that there is a spike.
