I would guess it is happy with general paph culture. Phal lighting and don't let it dry out. 55 F to 80F. Probably would survive higher temps.
Considering it's a cross of gigantifolium and sanderianum, I believe phalaenopsis conditions would be best - shaded, maybe dappled light, and very warm temperatures - probably no cooler than 70°F-75°F at night.
