Phrag. Grande

Hi,
I have a Phrag Grande that has started flowering, and the second flower has just opened.
Just wonder if anyone knows how long the flower will last, and how long do the side petals grow.
They have got to about 6 inches and are still growing

Trying but not succeeding, I think it may be to big.
Is there a limit on picture size?
Possibly get my son to help tomorrow, as I am not that good on computers

the size limit is 700 pixels x 700 pixels max.

Been a long time since I grew Grande but I think the petals will get to over a foot. The flowers should last from 3 - 5 weeks.

Nice. Keep the petals from touching the ground by elevating the pot and they will continue to grow. Once they touch a surface, they will stop. Ants crawl up the petals to pollinate the bloom, so when the petals have reached the 'ground' then they will stop growing longer.
