Very pretty.
Looks waxy in texture.
So beautiful! Mine is still very small. Can you describe your care / potting method? Mine is currently in a plastic pot with LECA.
Very nice.

How often do you water? I was told to water 'a lot'… (as in, daily) but I tend to overwater, so I am wondering if that is a good idea.
Looks waxy indeed. Just imagine if all or open. People would think its plastic or wax...lol
Lovely!

Looks awesome!!. Thanks for sharing
Lovely blooms Ed!!! Can't wait to see when all the flowers are open.
Hi. sorry I'm a bit late in replying. I find that they will grow in anything that doesn't break down for a few years so Leca with the addition of a small portion of grit and bark will serve you well. Never, ever disturb the roots in any shape or form or they will rapidly go in decline and will take a number of years to revive. You will find eventually that you will need to repot. Just place the plant, together with the pot, into a larger pot and fill in with the same compost.
I water as I would my paphs--less in winter including fert. In summer place outside to get morning sun, shade in the afternoon and you can be slightly over the top with water and fert.
My temp doesn't drop below 13c and rises to whatever the weather permits-- about 18c in winter upto 32c in summer. I have taken a couple of pics today but couldn't get the flowers all facing the same way. Hope the above helps.
