photography woes

What is the best setup to get a soft lighting that doesn't glare off the flowers when you take close up pictures and just looks natural? I have seen some beautiful pictures on this forum and thought you would all have some good advice.

I'd like to know the same thing. My camera doesn't take very good pictures without flash, even with a tripod, and we all know what flash does.

The best lighting is natural lighting. I don't like flash or artifical lighting at all but that is just my personal preference.
