Reed stem epidendrum criniferum

My Epidendrum criniferum has been suffering since Christmas.





I have had it for about a year. It was outside in a shade house last summer and did well. This past October, it moved into a light house in the basement (temps between 60 and 75 and humidity between 40 and 50%). It was under a 200W CFL when the leaves started to turn yellow and then red. In case it was caused by the light, I moved it to a spot under 4 40W bulbs instead. It was misted 2x a week during for 2 weeks at Christmas when we were out of town; otherwise it gets watered once a week. It doesn't seem to have any bugs--mites, mealy, or otherwise. One new growth is visible and the roots appear to be healthy.

Any ideas about what might have caused/be causing the color change and pock marks on the leaves would be greatly appreciated! I'd like to avoid any further suffering--for me and the orchid!

First image it appears to be because of sun burn. how far is this plant from the light source?. Black dots on the 2nd set of leaves appear to be some form black spotting bacterial infection. is there black spotting in the new leaves?

Lighting--The plant was about 15 inches from the bulb.
Current conditions--There are still 2 healthy stems with healthy leaves, no sign of spotting or discoloration. I'm wondering if the misting we did for 2 weeks at Christmas did not suit the Epidendrum, but none of our other plants showed any ill-effects.
