Help with Bulb. lobii

I have had this critter for a while now and it grew one or two new leaves. Until then it just looks unhealthy to me compared to before. Is there something I can do now that might make it look happier? I grow under lights trying to limit it from getting too much light. It grows in a basket in small orchiata. I try to mist every day the roots not in mix. Should I increase the size of the pot to include the roots in the mix and/or change the mix? I also spray with a fungicide very so often. It seems that rather than growing a new leaf the plant looses one instead.

Bulbo's like thier feet to be bit moist and I feel bark is too dry for bulbo's. I would suggest either you mount or put in a pot with only loose sphagnum moss and keep the moisture up. I am no expert on bulbo's though

Hi Monica to me something is not right to your plant as you can see the previous pseudobulb so big and subsequently under your care it's getting smaller few possibilities , could be due:
1. Light.... in the wild they grow over the tree branches and even encircling the tree trunk most of them got high light the bulbs surprisingly very huge and healthy.
2.Fertilizer again very important aspect as far as I'm concern they responded very well to the fertilizer given, here I gave NPK 63 and alternate NPK 67. Maybe your area is different from mine whatever it is go on with your current regime of your fertilizer.
3.Watering is no issued as you said you sprayed them twice a day.
4. Could be cochroach like to eat the new roots especially at night.
My suggestion give ample of light together with fertilizer and maintain humidity at the roots levels provided there no fungal and insects it's should be ok. Another alternative follow Sriram advised.
