Default Vandachostylis Pine River and Ascda. Suksamran Sunlight in bloom!

I bought these blooming beauties in June 2015. This is the first rebloom for the Vandachostylis Pine River and the second rebloom for the Ascda. Suksamran Sunlight, which also bloomed in October 2015 (just three months ago). They are both hanging on a tree with my other vandas and some catt hybrids and get bright, direct morning sun and late afternoon sun. To be honest, I don't always water every day, but we've had a pretty wet South Florida "winter" so I'm sure that has helped. Hopefully the three month blooming cycle will continue!

Nicely done, you are right about all the rain we have been getting, I see we are finally having a week with cooler temperatures and the highest rain possibility is only 20% till the weekend, what a good change.

Thanks Jack. Yes, this week is a nice change, except for that weird storm that we had come through yesterday morning. I went ahead and did a fungicide application anyway late last week, so hopefully I am covered. Did you go to the show in FTL this past weekend? I wasn't able to make it, but am planning to go to Tamiami next weekend. I have to pace myself and my budget! LOL

Yes I went on Saturday and ended up only buying 2 orchids and some S hooks. Turns out one that I bought I already had and the other was to replace for one I had lost. I already know of 2 that I had requested from one of the vendors for this coming weekend and I am looking for another Oncidium Twinkle Star which I lost a couple of years ago but want to try once more. I am trying to be good this season on buying just to buy.

I have to get out and fertilize this week so not having any rain will be a good thing, plus I was getting sick of all the rain we were getting in what we all know is our dry season, got to love this eNino, NOT!

Beautiful! Really can't grow full sized Vanda's here in Colorado if you don't have greenhouse.
