    Default Beallara unpotted

I unpotted the Beallara Marfitch and lightly treated it with physan 20. It's soaking in Kelp Max now and then I will cut the spike and repot in oncidium mix. Any other suggestions? Name: image.jpeg

It looks pretty sickly - more than stress from shipping unless it was burned by the heat pack. If it were me I would send one of these photos to the seller and ask for a replacement. A credit is a nice gesture but replacing the sick one would be better.

I would agree with Karin, contact the seller with these pictures attached! If they are a good supplier they will send you a replacement in much better shape, or offer you a credit.

They did offer her a credit on her next purchase.

To me that is not acceptable, it means you have to place an order with someone who has already sent you a diseased orchid. In thinking about it, after my post, I am not even sure I would want a replacement, what is to say what they send is going to be any better. At this point I would demand a refund or put a stop on the credit card payment!
