    Smile Vanda falcata Tamakongo

    I bought this directly from a Fukiran grower in Japan in spring 2016. We did have a language barrier and I believe this to be the info he relayed on the name. Vanda falcata Tamakongo

    One of my costliest orchids. This is the first time this orchid has bloomed I believe.

    3 white blooms with a bud yet to open. A much shorter spur than my other Neo's that have bloomed recently. Also, this is a 'bean shaped' leaf type. 6 kabudachi (fans).

    Neofinetia is one of the genus' that grows easily in sphag.
