    Default Paphiopedilum charlesworthii

    First time flowered for me although the dorsal is not perfect but i still like it interesting species.

    Looks good. I can see a bud on my own plant that I bought in March and it will be interesting to compare with yours.

    I would think that this rather cool-growing species is quite difficult to grow in Malaysia. What is your experience Zainal?

    I would agree with you is cool growing species and I noticed they can grow very well under Equatorial climate but wont bloomed only vegetative growth and need to put cool chamber with the temperature range between 17 to 23 degree will encourage bud formation, this is my first experience I cant give further detail thanks Arne.

    Nice. Mine I got a few months ago has two buds forming right now too. Hope for as good a color as yours. We are in the middle of a heat wave - today may be the warmest day ever recorded here - so I can not keep them cool. Yesterday it measured 32 C, which is not cool in my World
