Is this bacteria infection?

Greetings Orchid Lovers!

I am having some stains on the area as shown in the picture. I only have 2 oncidium plants and it happens to both plants. Any idea how to prevent this? It doesnt happen when i pot them in charcoal. It happens only after i migrate it LECA.

Yes the black stains are dead cells, caused by bacterial invasion after some kind of physical damage , maybe just from handling the plant. But it is not a cause for great concern, and is unlikely to spread. Disinfectant in the water helps to avoid this - if you can get Physan, then a teaspoonful in a bucket of water ( somewhere like 1: 2000 ) and use that for all your watering, spraying, whenever, whatever.
