    Default Dead spike on Psychopsis mendenhall

    Boooo!

    Saw the original spike that was on it when I bought it was browning. Looks like its dead. Maybe it will die only to where it is all gnarled and twisted? Leave the fan off one day and this is what happens!

    Sorry to hear it - but the spike really shouldn't have been gnarled and twisted anyway. Hopefully it will put out a new spike soon.

    Its weird, the base of it if 50% larger from one node to the next. Like, its all huge then BAM! half the size. None of the other spikes on it have quite the impressive circumference as that one. Farewell noble spike!
