Hi lienluu,

I'm violacea + bellina (and it's hybrids) alliance freak
and this one is very beautiful.

About S/H:
I'm growing almost all my Phals in S/H
and from my not very long experience can say
it's fantastic, but transplanting plants, even not orchids,
is in some cases very risky.
I have transplanted one of my young violaceas alba just 2 weeks ago
and it is even didn't stop growing or show any sign of stress or drawback,
against, it grows especially roots like crazy and no one dead root.
On other hand I have lost one catt very fast and there is another on the way to orchid heaven... Generally what I found out, it's very, very important
how healthy is the plant you transfer and it must be in strong growth,
Possibly all dead organic matter must be removed before transferring,
it will initiate rot but there will be anyway some root rot,
Most difficult point on S/H is transplanting itself and once orchids are adjusted
to it, they grow very well. Try once more and take some Phalaenopsis
with exceptionally healthy rootball. The pot must be a 1/3 taller than normal
orchid pot, almost any damage on root will later initiate there rot
so treat them gently and I'm sure it will work for you also.
I found transplanting on S/H is sometimes exceptionally stressy for orchids.
Some of my Phals just lost almost all roots rapidly but only because those roots weren't healthy anyway.
