    Default Can psudobulbs....

    reveal anything about their hybridization?

I have several NoID's and would like to try go guess their heritage if possible. They are big box rejects and are probably onc. but they have sold other things too.

generally you would be only able to get to the genus if its that of a cymbid or dendrob. If its of the oncidium alliance that is where it would stop as well, untill it flowered and gave you more of a clue

that is kind of what I figured. I just hoped that size, shape or texture might reveal something I did not know about.

not really, but then within the Oncidium's there are great differences amongst ths species and when this is known then one is able to get closer.
