Great colors, although it's clearly not my kind of catt--wayyy too large! Is Rsc an acceptable abbreviation for Rhynchosophrocattleya? If so, that's not too bad a mouthful.

Yes, I suppose not, until one has to remember what RSC stands for when speaking about an orchid that everyone knows as BLC. hehehe It is hard to get used to saying.

We have had it many years, at least 10. I only know that the name changed because I have OrchidWiz. I heard that the BLCs were reclassified and so I entered the old name into Orchidwiz and it spit out the new name. I honestly have not updated my tags. I need to, but who knows what will change tomorrow. LOL

Larry, just to add to Bruce's remarks, the forum members recently were given a sweet deal for purchasing the software. I don't know if it's likely to be repeated, but maybe you could nudge Bruce.

Another source of names, which is free although much slower than looking it up on OrchidWiz, is at the Royal Horticultural Society's web site, where they feature all registered crosses.
