Looks like a good old Denphal hybrid.
Similar growing conditions to Phals but more light , keep the same conditions all year if possible , with maybe a slightly drier period in the winter.
If you need more info just ask.
....bright, diffuse light, and be sure to let the roots dry off between waterings or they'll rot in a heartbeat! If you need to, push a q-tip down about a couple inches into the media. If it comes up damp, don't water yet. Let it go another day or two and check again. Otherwise, as uncasteeb said.....
BTW synchiropus, that is an *awesome* tank on your home page....
