Hi,
I purchased a white Phal. in bloom last May-June and enjoyed the 19 flowers it produced into sept. This was my first orchid.

After checking several excellent sites I decided to see if it could be coaxed to bloom again. I cut back the spike to the proper places and waited. I was rewarded with 4 keiki.
A few days ago I VERY lightly fertilized it with "Bloom Buster" and Boy! did it come to life with some additional length in the new growth. But now I see that there are 2 mire spikes growing from the leaves and base.

Roots are very healthy (plant needs to be repotted), leaves seem to be fine and it lives on central Fl. riverfront lanai facing east.

Help. Is this the death throes or what?
