Asctm. curvifolum grow outside?

Have the above orchid. Currently growing under artificial lights. The roots are growing slowly. Wondering if it would be better to grow outside. Live in New Orleans where the temps are between high 80"s to 90"s. Quite humid. Which would be better.

This is hot to warm growing species definitely they enjoy the bright light and frequent watering in between the roots level dry very fast, the advantages of growing outside you will notice the roots growing initially slow (adaptation) than gradually very fast depending on the surrounding atmosphere and the leaves more darker color even very tough.
