    Default Cycnoches warscewiczii

this is my first cycnoches in my collection, not sure if will be collecting cycnoches in the future. this plant came in pure sphag moss and many thanks to the person who mailed it to me to take all the trouble to remove the spahg moss before mailing. the action saved the plant because when it arrive, i notice the backbulb was infected slightly. as it put up with a new growth, the backbulb progressively yellowed and eventually i removed it.
what surprises me is i planted this in pure charcoal, and this new growth outgrow the old backbulb by half and inch to the total of 14.5 inches for the bulb alone. quite unusual for a first growth to do this, especially when it comes to competing with sphag moss culture.
there is three buds on the first spike, two did not make it but it is putting up with a second spike now, hopefully the second one would flourish
